Part-time Mechatronics Instructors

ASUMH seeks applicants for part-time Mechatronics Instructor positions for the fall semester beginning in August 2014.  Job duties include teaching lecture and lab classes; developing and delivering specific lesson content; assessing student learning outcomes; and setting up lab equipment.  Teaching assignments include day and evening classes. Additional opportunities may be available for teaching non-credit classes.

Instructors are needed in the following areas:

  •  AC Electronics
  •  DC Electronics
  • Programmable Logic Controllers
  • Hydraulics and Pneumatics

Minimum requirements include an associate’s degree in a related field, and a minimum of three years’ work experience using DC, AC, PLC/Control Systems, Robotics or as a maintenance technician. A Bachelor’s degree is a plus. Application review will begin on Monday, June 23rd, but applications will be received until the positions are filled.
