How Do I Apply?
My Application Checklist

Applying for college can seem overwhelming, but don't worry! We've narrowed everything into an easy to follow application checklist. If you do need help, Admissions and Financial Aid are on standby to help you at (870) 508-6100. You may also visit them in our Student One Stop Center on the 3rd Floor of Roller Hall.

Submit Documentation
While ASUMH is an open enrollment campus, there are a few things that we'll need from you in order to complete your admission file. The first thing that we'll ask from you is to submit your placement test scores (ACT, SAT, ACCUPLACER, etc.) or a copy of your most recent college transcript that shows completion of Comp 1 and College Algebra. If this is your first time in college and you do not have placement scores, please visit our Testing Center to schedule a placement exam. After you've registered for classes, our team will reach out to ask for your immunization records, with proof of 2 MMR vaccines and your most recent high school or college transcript -- you'll have your first semester to get us transcripts and immunization records, so no stress!

4
Await Acceptance
As long as you meet our application meets our Admissions policies, you'll receive an acceptance email as soon as we process your application (within 2 business days). This email will include your student ID number, so be on the lookout! Then, as soon as you submit your placement scores or most recent college transcript (showing successful completion of Comp 1 and College Algebra), you'll be ready to register for your classes. Yep, it's as easy as that! We'll look forward to receiving your application and helping you get started. Your future is looking #AweSUMH!
