Ashley Bourg is a dedicated community leader and advocate for youth, currently serving as Chairman of the Salvation Army Advisory Board and as a Mountain Home Chamber Ambassador. Since moving to the Twin Lakes area in 2014, Ashley has become deeply rooted in the Mountain Home community, finding joy in raising her family here and supporting local initiatives.
Originally from a rural farming community in Northeast Arkansas, Ashley developed a strong appreciation for the outdoors and animals early in life. She has pursued education in business and digital design, earning certifications in Small Business Ownership and Interior Design. Ashley also completed the Mountain Home Chamber Leadership Program, further strengthening her commitment to leadership and service.
Ashley and her husband, Jason, are the proud owners of Bourg Builders Inc., a local construction company. Together, they’re raising five children—Blair, Bryson, Brennen, Jillian, and Wyatt—which keeps their household lively and full of energy. Along with her human family, Ashley has two dogs, Scarlett and Roux, and a small flock of chickens affectionately known as "the chicks." She's always dreaming up new home design projects or lobbying her husband for their next animal addition.
With a passion for working with young people, Ashley is driven to provide mentorship and support to the next generation. She believes every child deserves to feel valued, have structure, and be given the chance to succeed. Guided by the principle, “Be who you needed when you were younger,” Ashley strives to prepare today’s youth to not only face the world—but to lead it.
