
Information Technology Manager
Arkansas State University-Mountain Home seeks applicants for an Information Technology Manager. The IT Manager is responsible for installations, configurations, and support of ASUMH’s server and network infrastructure. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and five years of related experience. Compensation includes an annual salary commensurate with education and experience, and includes a comprehensive benefits and leave package.

Job Description:
The Information Technology Manager is responsible for:
- Installation, configuration, and support of Arkansas State University Mountain Home's server and network infrastructure.
- Maintaining routine server backups.
- Administering Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, and various other server based application administration tasks, including maintaining and configuring integrations to third party applications like Office 365.
- Maintaining and administering the campus VOIP phone system.
- Regulating access to computer data files and preventing unauthorized modification, destruction, or disclosure of information.
- Implementing avoidance measures, such as logging, firewalling, activity monitors, virus scanners, or other intrusion detection methods.
- Assisting users in the detection and recovery from security intrusions on their computer systems.
- Performing security audits on portions of the network as directed by the Director of Computer Services.
- Contacting appropriate personnel in the event of a security intrusion or policy violation.
- Contacting users with audit information and assists with techniques to eliminate or minimize vulnerabilities.
- Maintaining the Aruba Network and wireless systems.
- Integrations with the new Banner system.
