The 22nd annual Mountain Home Charity Golf Classic sponsored by Yelcot is slated for June 10 & 11, 2023. It will be held at Big Creek Golf and Country Club and benefits the ASUMH Technical Center. This 3-person scramble allows players the chance at daily hole-in-one prizes, including a 2023 Jeep Wrangler Sport and a 2023 Buick Envision Essence. Complimentary lunch is provided both days as well as dinner Saturday night. Teams can sign up at asumh.edu/golf.

Over the past 21 years, generous contributions to this annual event have raised over $523,662. All proceeds from this year’s tournament will benefit Arkansas State University-Mountain Home’s Technical Center. ASUMH’s Technical Center works with local industry and other employers. ASUMH developed technical programs needed to serve our region including: Welding, Mechatronics, Automotive Services, and Boat Manufacturing. As an approved site by the Arkansas Department of Career Education, this 25,000 square foot secondary center also provides training for area high school juniors and seniors with the opportunity to earn college credit while still in high school.
