Job Title: Community and Advancement Operations Coordinator
Location: Arkansas State University-Mountain Home, Mountain Home, Arkansas
Position Overview:
Responsibilities include event and project support, operational support, advancement and donor operations, marketing and communications assistance. Minimum requirements include an Associate’s degree, plus related experience and/or training. Preferred individual will have proven abilities in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with donor or CRM software, excellent organizational and communication skills, and experience in event planning, community relations, development or administrative support. Duties include coordinating planning and logistics for community and donor-focused events, vendor coordination, managing volunteer assignments, materials preparation, assisting with events held at The Sheid, maintaining accurate records in donor databases, assisting with fundraising campaign logistics, drafting content for social media, newsletters, event invitations, and press releases, administrative and office support.
Qualifications:
· Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred plus related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Experience in event planning, community relations, development, or administrative support is strongly preferred.
· Excellent organizational and communication skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with donor or CRM software is a plus.
· Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed for events.
Compensation includes an annual salary commensurate with background and experience, and a comprehensive benefits and leave package.
