Foundation Board of Governors

In an effort to help guide the development efforts of ASUMH toward a more successful service role, the Foundation Board of Governors, formerly the Development Council, was created. The purposes of the Foundation Board of Governors are:

To be informed about ASUMH and its service role including but not limited to its beliefs, mission, policies, goals, objectives, and action plans.
To function as ambassadors of ASUMH in the community and in the student service area.
To maintain a high degree of interest in ASUMH and assist with fund-raising activities of the university.
To assist in planning, implementing, and promoting special activities and events.

The Foundation Board of Governors meets quarterly, the second Wednesday of February, May, August and November each year.
