PAYROLL SCHEDULE


All employees are paid on a real time semi-monthly schedule with pay dates on the 15th and the last working day of the month. The payroll process begins five to six working days prior to the actual pay date. Any changes affecting salary changes, deductions or promotions must be submitted to Human Resources no later than the published date listed on the payroll calendar. Payroll information is listed on Employee Info tab in the MyCampus portal. For payroll documents, forms, and guidelines, all faculty and staff are asked to login to the portal, which is located on the home page of the website.


FACULTY


Faculty is paid according to their contract as 9-month (18 pay periods) or 12-month (24 pay periods). Adjunct Faculty is paid according to the Adjunct/Overload Schedule.


HOURLY EMPLOYEES


Part Time and Student Workers are paid in arrears. Time turned in for hours worked the first thru the fifteenth is paid the last working day of the month. Time turned in for the sixteenth thru the end of the month is paid the 15th of the month. Time sheet due dates and payment information is listed on the Extra Help/Student Timesheet Schedule.

Step Up, Reach Back Intern Application



An important part of the Leadership Intern program is service to others. Reaching back after you have been through the program and helping a new member of the program is encouraged. Consider the list of ideas below and mark at least two things you would be willing to do.

Statement of Commitment

  1. I will enroll in at least 6 credit hours per semester.
  2. I will maintain at least a 2.0 cumulative GPA.
  3. I will attend orientation, retreat, by-monthly meetings with my mentor(s), and any other required activities on the attached required activities list.

  5. I will provide feedback to the mentors.
