Position Overview:
Arkansas State University-Mountain Home (ASUMH) seeks an experienced, dynamic, and student-focused professional to serve as Head Baseball Coach, Athletic Director, and Assistant Student Recruiter. This unique role combines leadership of the NJCAA Division II baseball program with oversight of all athletic operations and additional responsibility for student recruitment. The successful candidate will lead a growing athletics program built on the values of academic excellence, sportsmanship, student development, and community engagement.
Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three years coaching experience at the collegiate, high school, or club level.
Applicants must be willing to travel and have a valid driver’s license.
