My Application Checklist

Applying for college can seem overwhelming, but don't worry, we've narrowed everything into an easy to follow application checklist. If you do need help, Admissions and Financial Aid are on stand by to help you at (870) 508-6100. You may also visit them in our Student One Stop Center on the 3rd Floor of Roller Hall.

Fill Out Application
Submit your application at the link below or at the Office of Admissions. You will receive an email upon submission.

Paying For School
Need help paying for school? Help is here! Complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) at www.fafsa.ed.gov

Submit Documentation
You will need your immunization records, all transcripts, and placement test scores (ACT, SAT, ACCUPLACER, etc.). If you do not have placement scores, please visit our Testing Center to schedule a placement exam.

ALL students must submit high school transcripts or GED, college transcripts, immunization records and placement test scores to be admitted to the University.

Await Acceptance
You will receive a letter of acceptance once your packet is complete. This letter includes the name of your advisor, student ID number, and information about registering for your classes.

Step Up, Reach Back Intern Application



An important part of the Leadership Intern program is service to others. Reaching back after you have been through the program and helping a new member of the program is encouraged. Consider the list of ideas below and mark at least two things you would be willing to do.

Statement of Commitment
By signing this form, I agree to the following:
  1. I will enroll in at least 6 credit hours per semester.
  2. I will maintain at least a 2.0 cumulative GPA.
  3. I will attend orientation, retreat, by-monthly meetings with my mentor(s), and any other required activities on the attached required activities list.
  4. I will participate in planning and executing a leadership event.
  5. I will provide feedback to the mentors.
I confirm that all information on my application is accurate and I give the Women’s Business Leadership Center permission to verify any information included in this application. My signature below represents an awareness of my commitment and responsibilities to my mentor(s) and the Leadership Intern program.
