Additional Support Services

Free Equipment Rentals

Did you know that as a student, you have access to check out kayaks, canoes, tents, hammocks, disc golf equipment, and more? And the best part is, it's free! You'll just want to visit Student Services on the 3rd floor of Roller Hall and our staff will be happy to check the equipment out to you. Questions about what's available? Call 870-508-6100 and we'll be happy to tell you more.

Food Pantry

Through partnership with the Food Bank of North Central Arkansas, ASUMH has a food pantry on campus that serves as food assistance for students and their families. We have all kinds of essentials available for students. We know it can take a while for financial aid dollars to flow or for payday to roll around. Whatever the case, we can help you put together an amazing bag of good stuff (including diapers and toiletries).

Fitness Center

The ASU-Mountain Home Fitness Center is available for all students to use. It is located on the first floor of Integrity First Hall and offers a variety of exercise equipment, including treadmills, weights, stationary bikes, and more. Hours of operation vary by semester, so check your email or the door outside of the Fitness Center for hours of operations. On your first visit, we will ask to see your ASUMH student ID card and you will sign a PAR-Q waiver.

Business Boutique

The School of Business and Technology's Business Boutique provides professional attire to all ASUMH students at no charge. For students needing an interview outfit, work attire, or appropriate clothing for a conference, the Boutique offers a wide selection of professional dress ranging from business casual to formal business attire. Accessories such as shoes, belts, scarves, and bags are also available. Local business professionals have donated an impressive selection of name brand and designer clothing in support of ASUMH students. In addition to clothing, business faculty have joined the Boutique to consult with students who have questions about how to dress for their chosen profession.

Located in Integrity First Hall, Room 205, the Boutique is open during regular university operating hours. For more information, contact Elizabeth Stephens at 870-508-6277, or email: estephens@asumh.edu.

Free Parking

Free parking is available to everyone -- there is no paid or assigned parking on the ASUMH campus. What this means is that you are free to park in any space you want without a hang tag or decal. Handicap parking is available outside of most buildings and can be utilized with proper identification tags. If you bike to campus, you will find bicycle racks located at Roller Hall, Integrity First Hall, and the Vada Sheid Community Development Center.

The OwlCove

Located on the second floor of Roller Hall, inside of the Hurd Student Center, you will find the OwlCove -- our campus food service! Stop by from 8:00am to 2:00pm to get delicious food cooked up by Chef to the Owls, Debra Hughes and her team.

Ed Coulter Student Emergency Fund

The ASU-Mountain Home Ed Coulter Student Emergency Fund was established to provide one-time financial assistance grants to students who find themselves in situations of economic need which would interfere with the completion of the semester. We understand that financial hardships arise, but we never want that to be reason that you cannot finish the classes that you start. If you're having trouble, we want to be able to help. Check out the Ed Coulter Student Emergency Fund page if you're ever in need to see how to apply.
