TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS
from ASUMH
Need an official transcript? ASU-Mountain Home has partnered with the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) to provide a secure, fast, and convenient way for current and former students to request official transcripts online.
Official transcripts can be ordered at any time through the National Student Clearinghouse for a nominal processing fee.
When using the National Student Clearinghouse transcript service for the first time, you'll be asked to create a personal account with a username and password. This account can be used to place future transcript orders and track the status of your requests.
Before placing your order, please note the following:
- Electronic PDF transcripts must be sent directly to the intended recipient and cannot be forwarded to another individual or institution.
- The secure link to download an electronic transcript remains active for 30 days.
- A valid credit or debit card is required to complete your order.
You may attach up to two supporting documents to your transcript request, including:
- Law or medical school applications
- Nursing board forms
- Scholarship applications
- Admission applications
- Accepted attachment formats include PDF, DOC, DOCX, GIF, JPEG, and BMP.
Once ASUMH processes your request, the recipient will receive an email containing a secure link to retrieve the official transcript. Your payment will be processed when the notification email is sent. The National Student Clearinghouse will notify the recipient using the email address provided with your order.
PLEASE NOTE: ASU-Mountain Home cannot verify whether a recipient retrieves or accepts an electronic transcript. If you are sending a transcript to another institution or organization, we recommend confirming that electronic transcripts are accepted before placing your order.
Current students can view and print unofficial transcripts at any time through Student Self-Service.
To protect student privacy, official transcripts will not be released to a third party without the student's written authorization. If you need to authorize someone else to receive your transcript, please contact the Office of the Registrar for instructions.
