- Official Transcripts From Any Previously Attended Colleges, Universities, or Technical Schools
- Immunization Records for (2) MMR Vaccinations (Measles, Mumps, and Rubella)
- Placement Scores (ACT, Accuplacer, or SAT)

- Placement scores will only be required if you have not passed Comp 1 and College Algebra (or another math equivalent) with a grade of “C” or better.
- If placement scores are needed, they must be from tests taken within the past six years.
- Students may take the Accuplacer exam through our Testing Center on campus.
