AWARD AMOUNT: $1,500 - $2,500
ELIGIBILITY:
- Have completed at least one semester (or quarter) of study in a program in funeral service or mortuary science education accredited by the American Board of Funeral Service Education.
- Have at least one term or semester remaining in his/her program which will commence after the award date (April or September) in order to be considered for a full award. Students with less than a full term of study remaining will be considered for partial awards.
- Complete all forms required by the Scholarship Committee of the American Board of Funeral Service Education and submit them prior to the above deadline dates. Late or incomplete applications will not be considered by the committee.
- Be a citizen of the United States, U.S. Permanent Resident, International Student (F1-Visa holder) or a student in the Deferred Action on Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program.

ELIGIBILITY:
- Essay & Video - Each candidate is required to answer five questions in no more than 250 words per question, and submit a brief video, no longer than two minutes.
- Your most recent transcripts from your ABFSE- or Canadian-accredited institution.
- A letter of good standing from an instructor or program director.

AWARD AMOUNT: $4000 Per semester or up to $8000 per year
ELIGIBILITY:
- The scholarship is for students pursing degrees for LPN, RN, BSN, MSN, EMT or Paramedics.
- Applicant must demonstrate permanent residency in the Baxter Health service area, including the Arkansas counties of Baxter, Marion, Fulton, Izard, Sharp, Stone and Searcy, and Ozark County in Missouri.
- Employment at Baxter Health not required

AWARD AMOUNT: $2000 Per term or up to $6000 per year
ELIGIBILITY:
- Full time Baxter Health employee (80 hours/pay period) forat least one year, or a part time employee (minimum 60 hours/pay period) for atleast two years.
- Must have and maintain a positive work record with BaxterHealth.
- Must maintain a minimum of 32 hours/pay period whileattending college.

- The Arthur F. Baker and Bonny B Baker Nursing Education Scholarship Trust Fund was established to assist area students with education expenses who are going into the nursing field
