The Office of Student Support Services provides services, support, and resources to help pregnant students succeed in their academic endeavors. The purpose of the information provided on this page is to help students who are parenting, pregnant, or planning pregnancy. The resources provided are a combination of campus and community wide services available to all ASUMH Students.

Informed Choices Women's Center of the Ozarks is a non-profit organization providing help to women who are facing difficult choices and situations related to pregnancy. Our staff and volunteers are trained to be compassionate and caring while sharing honest answers. We want to empower women with the resources to make healthy, positive choices.
Bedsider.org is an online birth control support network for women 18-29 operated by The National Campaign to Prevent Teen and Unplanned Pregnancy, a private non-profit organization. Bedsider is not funded by pharmaceutical companies. Or the government. Bedsider is totally independent and the info on it is honest and unbiased. Our goal is to help women find the method of birth control that’s right for them and learn how to use it consistently and effectively, and that's it.
The Pregnant Scholar provides resources for students, postdocs, faculty, administrators, and others in institutions of higher education, including colleges, community colleges, universities, and similar programs. Those interested in learning more about Title IX pregnancy protection in grade school should review the Department of Education’s Guidance on the topic.

Arkansas Foundation for Medical Care (AFMC) is a nonprofit organization headquartered in Little Rock, Ark., with an additional office in Fort Smith, Arkansas. We are dedicated to working with beneficiaries and health care providers in all settings to improve overall health and consumers’ experience of care, while reducing health care costs. We accomplish this through education, outreach, data analysis, information technology, medical case utilization and review, and marketing/communications services provided by a staff of more than 220 people.
The Recovery Village Drug and Alcohol Rehab delivers comprehensive treatment services for substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders for both expecting and non-expecting mothers. With locations across the country, The Recovery Village Drug and Alcohol Rehab offers patients a full continuum of care, including medical detox, residential services and outpatient programs.
