Mental Health Counseling Services

Personal counseling services are available as a voluntary, confidential resource for students who desire professional mental health assistance for concerns which interfere with their academic success. ASUMH contracts with Lighthouse Counseling to provide counseling sessions for enrolled students. Students can receive up to six free sessions.
