ASUMH is pleased to announce that two of our students have been selected to present at the second annual Arkansas Liberal Arts and Humanities Day. This statewide event gives undergraduate and graduate students an opportunity to share research, creative work, demonstrations, and performances in the liberal arts and humanities with campus leaders, policymakers, and the public. This year, 42 students from eight Arkansas institutions applied to participate.
Jediah Dillon will present "Relativity in Motion: The Brilliant Life of Albert Einstein." This 4-minute animation detailing Albert Einstein's life from early childhood to death, highlighting events that led to him becoming a scientist and developing his theories of relativity.
Grace Blair's "From Words to Images, Bringing Literature to Life" interprets and reimagines three pieces of classic literature through the lens of visual storytelling and art. Grace is a sophomore at ASUMH pursuing an Associate of Arts degree.
The event takes place on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the Arkansas State Capitol Rotunda in Little Rock.
