A new scholarship has been established by Tom and Janie Robbins to support TrailBlazer baseball players. The couple was inspired to create the scholarship after learning about the need from Spencer Adcock, ASU-Mountain Home's baseball coach.
"We started it with $3,000, but we're actively looking to raise money from others to help support the team," said Janie. "There are about 20 kids that are on the baseball team and every one of them is just so very glad to be here. It is so wonderful to be able to give to younger people who are just getting started."
To contribute to the TrailBlazer Baseball Scholarship, contact Mollie Morgan, Development Officer, at (870) 508-6191 or email mmorgan@asumh.edu for more information.
