Workforce Training Schedule
Ready2Weld Teaches the basic knowledge and skills required to operate Gas Metal Arc Welding (MIG) equipment, function safely in the welding shop and develop basic MIG welding skills. Provides opportunity for students to study welding nomenclature, design of welding joints and practice fillet welds in the flat and horizontal position.
This is a 6 week training session.
Session #1 March 1 - April 8, 2021
Session #2 April 19 - May 27, 2021
Hours 6pm to 10 pm, Monday - Thursday.

Composites Hands on learning presented by local instructor with years of experience and leadership in the field of composites. Prepares you for a career in the boat and composite industry. Introduces basic composite materials, terminology, safety techniques, repair, hand lay-ups and inspection
This is a 4 week training session.
Session #1 March 2 - April 1, 2021
Session #2 April 13 - May 6, 2021
Session #3 May 18 - June 10, 2021
Hours 4pm to 7pm, Tuesday and Thursday.

Programmable Logic Controllers Introduces the programmable logic controller (PLC) and associated applications. Includes numbering systems, basic gate logic, relay ladder logic diagrams, input/output modules, field devices, image tables, PLC programming and troubleshooting.
This is a 4 week training session.
Session #1 March 1 - March 31, 2021
Session #2 May 10 - June 2, 2021
Hours 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm Monday and Wednesday.

Robotics Introduces robotics and studies the fundamentals of robotics, programming the robot, industrial applications, the role of the robot in today’s manufacturing, electromechanical systems, fluid power systems, maintenance of robotic systems, sensing systems, end-of-arm tooling, and the future of robotics.
This is a 4 week training session.
Session # 1 April 5 - April 28, 2021
Session # 2 June 14 - July 7, 2021
